Many houses now have "tankless" hot water systems that allow you to set a temperature on a control panel and have the water heated to that exact temperature. But wouldn't it be cool if you could connect it to your home automation system so that you can do things like have your bathroom recognise who is about to have a shower and automatically change the water temperature to suit that person's personal preferences?
